The vibe

On rue du Lys, facing the square des Frères Gaudino Joly, the city of Cannes opened this fenced 400 sqm dog park in late 2024, with a grassed section and a hard-packed section, several agility obstacles (footbridge, seesaw), a drinking fountain and poop-bag dispensers.

What to know before you go

This is official information: the dedicated page on cannes.com and a municipal press release confirm the facilities, their cost (about €70,000) and opening hours (every day from 8:30am to 6:30pm). Category 1 and 2 dogs are not admitted. Several local media outlets (France Bleu, Cannes Actus) covered the opening.

Coco's tip: still fairly little-known, it's a good option for a relaxed break without too much of a crowd outside weekends.

Nearby

Cannes town centre and the Croisette are just a few minutes away on foot or by car.
