The vibe
A campsite tucked between fine sand and sun-drenched hills in Hyères, where dogs are explicitly welcome — even in the establishment's restaurant, a detail rare enough to be worth mentioning.
What to know before you book
A few minutes away, Le Mérou beach (the only officially dog-friendly beach in Hyères) is accessible, as is the Giens peninsula for beautiful walks on a lead. Porquerolles island, reachable by a shuttle that accepts dogs for free, is also within reach from Hyères.
Coco's tip: the ferry shuttles to Porquerolles from Hyères accept dogs on a lead at no extra charge — a lovely excursion to plan during your stay.
