The vibe

La Croix-Valmer and Bormes-les-Mimosas offer several campsites and rentals that accept dogs, including holiday villages with equipped mobile homes. A good compromise between the quiet of the area and proximity to Cavalaire-sur-Mer.

What to know before you book

Note: the dog beach in La Croix-Valmer, which existed in 2017, was removed by the town hall as early as 2018. For swimming, you'll therefore need to head to Cavalaire-sur-Mer or Bormes-les-Mimosas instead.

Coco's tip: it's best to check the current beach rules on site, since this kind of municipal decision can change again from one season to the next.
